Stick Fighter is a free browser brawler for two: knock your friend's stickman off the arena with ragdoll hits, one keyboard, no download needed.
Stick Fighter is a one-keyboard brawler built by the Uruguayan indie studio Entrevero Games: two stick figures share the same arena, and whoever lands the cleaner hits sends the other one flying with ragdoll physics. It plays fast and scrappy rather than technical — a single stray hit near a ledge can end a round, so most matches are over in seconds and you're straight into a rematch.
On a site built around Bullet Force's arena shooting, Stick Fighter is the change of pace where the fight is physical instead of ranged: no guns, no bots to grind through, just you and a second player (or the computer) trading blows until someone gets knocked off the platform.
One player moves and jumps with A and D, the other with the left and right arrow keys. Movement doubles as offense: tapping your direction key twice throws a strike in that direction, so a quick double-tap toward your opponent is how you attack rather than a dedicated punch button. Jumping into an opponent while attacking adds an aerial hit, and chaining a jump with a direction tap mid-air opens up extra combinations once you're used to the timing. Stick Fighter also has a single-player campaign against the computer if you want to learn the moves before facing a friend.
Don't spam the double-tap — whiffed attacks leave you standing still for a beat, which is exactly when ragdoll knockback punishes you hardest. Watch the edges of the arena more than your opponent's health: a light hit that sends someone into a ledge often ends the round faster than a heavier one in the open middle. Stick Fighter gives you six playable characters with different movesets, so if one character's range feels wrong for how you play, try another before assuming the mechanics are the problem.
If you'd rather trade bullets than fists, Bullet Force and Combat Reloaded keep the same pick-a-fight energy but move it into first-person arena shooting against bots or a live lobby. Smash Karts takes the free-for-all combat idea and puts it on wheels, turning knockouts into kart battles instead of a side-view brawl.
Because it's built for a shared keyboard, Stick Fighter is best with someone sitting next to you rather than played solo for long stretches — pull it up for a quick best-of-five between rounds of the site's shooters, and it works fine on a phone or tablet too if you'd rather play one-on-one with touch controls.
One player moves and attacks with A and D, the other with the left and right arrow keys — double-tapping your direction throws a strike, so movement and attacking share the same keys.
Yes, Stick Fighter has a single-player campaign against the computer, which is a good way to learn the double-tap attack timing before a 1v1 match.
No, there are six playable characters and each has its own moveset, so switching characters changes your effective range and combos.
Yes, it runs in a mobile browser with touch controls in addition to the desktop keyboard setup.
